- Square footage and total surface area
- Surface condition and prep work needed
- Number of coats required
- Selected paint quality and product type
- Project complexity and site accessibility
Estimate Validity
Written estimates remain valid for 30 days from the issue date. After that period, pricing may change because of material cost shifts or changes to the project scope.

The final cost may differ from the original estimate if:
- We uncover additional surface damage during prep
- You request changes to the agreed scope of work
- Material prices increase significantly
- Unexpected conditions require more labor or materials
We will review and approve any pricing changes with you before the extra work begins.
3. Service Agreements and Contracts
Project Authorization
A signed contract or written approval is required before any work starts. The agreement will outline:
- Detailed scope of work
- Agreed-upon pricing and payment schedule
- Projected start date and estimated completion timeline
- Paint colors, brands, and finishes selected
- Any project-specific terms
Changes to Scope
Any change to the original scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Approved change orders may affect both the price and the project schedule.
